The neighborhood managers operate under the wing of the Neighborhood Districts and serve as a central hub for strengthening the connection between residents and the Municipality and its activities. The District Managers and their teams are the direct point of contact for providing services to residents, improving the quality of their environment, and offering a range of solutions to meet their needs. Most of their activities are carried out in a networked manner between the professional bodies and the district administrations, coordinating and prioritizing the work for the benefit of the residents.

The city is divided into five Neighborhood Districts, based on different characteristics such as size, type of population, number of residents, and more. Each District is headed by a District Manager whose job is to coordinate and integrate the activities of all Municipal Departments in the district on issues such as improving the city, cleanliness, maintenance, security, licensing, signage, lighting, gardens and landscaping, parks, and more.
