The Public Inquiries Unit works closely with various municipal departments to resolve problems and remove obstacles in all areas of Municipal activity. The Public Inquiries Unit handles inquiries and complaints regarding ongoing neglect or unsatisfactory service.

An integral part of the Unit's role is to provide professional and efficient responses, while maintaining the established levels of service, monitoring and supervising the process of handling inquiries, and providing uniform information and messages regarding the activities of the municipality and its various departments.
