Public inquiries
The City Administration believes in transparency and providing the best possible service to residents. The Public Inquiries Department works closely with the various municipal departments to solve problems and remove obstacles in all areas of municipal activity.
The Public Inquiries Department handles inquiries that come to the mayor's office and the city manager's office, as well as repeated complaints about ongoing neglect or unsatisfactory service.

Please note:
- Inquiries regarding hazards and malfunctions should be directed to the Municipal Hotline at 106.
- Inquiries regarding specific issues (education, welfare, etc.) should be directed to the relevant division/department. For a list of divisions and departments, click here.
- It is important to note that even if you contact the Public Inquiries Department by phone, you will still be required to submit a written summary of your inquiry.
