The library staff is highly service-oriented, providing personal service and support to library members who need help with basic needs such as filling out online forms for the authorities, printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, laminating, and more.

  • Adults: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
  • Children: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
  • Foreign languages: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
