The Social Integration Division is responsible for social and community development, strengthening local leadership, and responding to social distress. The department offers a wide range of services to residents at the individual, family, and community levels, both in routine and emergency situations, with their needs in mind.

Vision of the Social Integration Department

The department's vision is to provide diverse human support in a respectful, accessible, available, and professional manner to all city residents. The aim is to develop individual resilience, family independence, and community strength.

All this is achieved through a team that engages with the population, empowers, is skilled, takes initiative, and provides services driven by personal responsibility and organizational mission, in order to strengthen the social fabric and economic power of Lod's residents.

Goals

  • Cultivating human capital in the department by forming a proactive approach, developing personal responsibility, providing high-quality professional training, empowering employees, motivating them with values, and promoting their well-being.
     
  • Developing, improving, and expanding the range of services provided to Lod residents through the department, which supports individuals, families, and the community and enables an optimal and diverse response to different population groups. This is achieved through a proactive approach and cooperation with various authorities in the community.
     
  • Developing the division's service concept by formulating a charter that will enable the provision of respectful, accessible, and professional services.

Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
