Department Vision

To provide educational and values-based solutions for the diverse needs of students, taking into account the unique characteristics of the City of Lod.

The department works to empower educational leadership and teaching staff, while fostering respectful and personal dialogue between teachers and students and creating unique learning environments that encourage creative and active teaching. Within this framework, the department encourages and initiates unique programs and various educational initiatives, including programs for excellence and fulfillment, programs that foster community involvement and contribution, and educational programs in line with the main theme of the community. The department promotes innovative pedagogy in the fields of science, technology, and communications, and provides unique and tailored solutions for students with special needs. In addition, the department provides students and families with enrichment, reinforcement, assessment, counseling, and tailored treatment services.
