Who is eligible?
- City residents with a parking permit.
- The benefit is valid for a cumulative total of 4 hours per day in the city center and does not include the northern industrial area.
- Pango/Cellopark must be activated when parking in blue and white spaces.

- Residents who live on city streets where there is paid parking (blue and white).
- Long-time residents/Holocaust survivors.
